  • Our Cancellation Policy

    You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:

    - 8 days prior: no cancellation fee

    - 7 days prior: 25% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)

    - 2 days prior: 50% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)

    *Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest of the receipt of goods or performance of services.

  • No, equipment is rented for the personal use of the renter only. It cannot be loaned, sub-let, mortgaged, or disposed of in any other manner.

  • The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment, whether by fire, theft, or other causes.

  • The rented equipment should be returned in the same condition as received, except for ordinary wear and tear.

  • Keeping the equipment beyond the agreed rental period will result in overtime charges.

  • No, there is no warranty provided on the rented equipment. The renter uses the equipment entirely at their own risk.

  • Yes, the renter is liable for any damage to persons or property and must protect and hold the owner and its representatives harmless from any liability resulting from the equipment's use.

  • All fees due under the rental agreement should be paid at the time the equipment is picked up or returned.

  • The renter may be charged for costs incurred to recover the equipment or for additional cleaning required.

  • The named renter on the agreement is personally liable for all charges and conditions related to the rented equipment.
